At about 0807, about 10 miles inland over Holland, and with Oxygen lines damaged, as well as 3 engines feathered because of flak damage, part of the crew bailed out over the continent, before it was decided to try for home, about 6 miles off Dover aircraft ran out of altitude and ditched in the channel.
