While on an overland navigation practice sortie, Pilot got permission to land at Duxford base and got permission to take 9 78 FG personnel on practice mission. While "buzzing" the control tower, the left wing struck a warning blinker and plane crashed into barracks. 14 KIS - 2 WIS
